About the role
The Merchandise Sales Coordinator supports the Merchandise Manager across day-to-day merchandising operations, providing administrative, ranging, and analytical support to ensure smooth seasonal execution. Acting as the first point of contact for customer, quality, and sales/field queries, the role also owns key operational processes including sample management, SalesNet, Masterfile accuracy, and Financial Review collation. In addition, the role supports and gains exposure to the Energy and Skate categories, assisting with account management and contributing to broader product strategy, with opportunities for growth over time.
Responsibilities
* Supporting day-to-day merchandising operations, including range planning, assortment set-up, and sell-in preparation.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer, quality, and sales/field queries, ensuring timely resolution.
* Owning key operational processes including sample management, SalesNet, Masterfile accuracy, and Financial Review collation.
* Supporting catalogue and Go-To-Market toolkit preparation, ensuring accuracy and readiness for sell-in.
* Assisting with Energy and Skate categories, including account coordination and process support.
* Assist Sales team with operational functions and reporting.
* Maintaining organised file structures and supporting general merchandising administration.
About you
* At least 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably within the Retail and Wholesale industries.
* Previous merchandising experience would be advantageous.
* Interest in the Neighbourhood Boutiques and Skate channels would be advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
* Excellent time management and self-motivation.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications, proficiency with MS Excel is a must.
