Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:You will be responsible for maintaining existing transportation contracts, negotiating new contracts and renewals with service providers in coordination with Global Logistics, Global Procurement, Finance, and NTP.
You will also lead and manage outbound operations with existing 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL) Transport and Site Management teams, ensuring compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:Performance management of transport providers across all business channels and associated DIFOT KPIs.Managing specific accounts such as TGE – B2B, Toll Fast (Victoria retail), Aust Post (eCommerce), Xpress Freight (JD Sports).Developing and adhering to cost budgets to maximize profitability.Managing and executing DIFOT for customer deliveries.Developing new initiatives to optimize transport services, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies with carriers.Participating in key meetings to align order placement and product flow with business expectations.Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, statutory, and professional responsibilities.Liaising with regional business SMEs to foster development and expertise.Acting as the key communication link between sales channels, supply chain, and 3PL DC through regular meetings.Managing outbound planning and prioritization in collaboration with sales channels.Managing RFC processes to meet end-of-month business targets.Driving QBR and MBR processes focusing on carrier performance management.Collaborating with business channels and 3PL for seasonal peak planning.Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for 3PL and transport carriers.Developing supply chain blueprints for new store openings and inbound carrier requirements.Key Relationships:3PL providers (Warehousing, Transport, Documentation, and Clearance)Market relationships (Stores, Sales, Customer Service & Team)Retail, Wholesale, and eCommerce channelsGlobal Process teamWhat's on Offer?A competitive base salary, bonus scheme, and adidas employee benefits, including remote work options and Employee Assistance Programs.
