We have an exciting opportunity for a sales administrator to join our team. Reporting to our WA Sales Manager, you’ll be working both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide administration support to the team which includes checking our WA email address and customer purchase portals for sales orders and enquiries from internal and external clients
* Raise purchase orders, sales orders and internal jobs using Epicor
* Be a good team worker who will look for opportunities to streamline processes
* Establish and maintain procedures to meet the needs of our clients
About you:
* Strong experience in administration
* Ideally knowledge of using Epicor
* Self-driven, results orientated, clear focus on high quality outcomes and strong attention to detail
* Mature and comfortable dealing with internal and external customers with the ability to produce quality results under pressure
* Enjoy working in a team environment that values knowledge and sharing information
* Advanced computer skills with Microsoft office with the ability to learn internal software programs
