- The ability to liaise with all people at a high level of professionalism
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Fire Safety Training, Child Protection Training Legal & Practical Response to Child Abuse, Safe Food Handing and Safe Sleep for Early Childhood Educators Certificate
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care ( or equivalent )
- Experience and knowledge of Regulations
- Knowledge about theories, pedagogy and relevant learning frameworks
- Skills at supporting educators of varying abilities and learning styles
- Seek to play an integral role in mentoring, guiding and supporting educators
**Duties include -**
- Developing and Implementing programs for young children based on the guidelines of Early Years Learning Framework
- Willing to make time for the role and eager to learn more
- Promoting understanding of the approved learning framework
- Keeping up to date with current research/resources and sharing these
- Exploring opportunities for professional development
- Helping educators to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Encouraging educators to reflect on their practice
- Discussing ways to demonstrate the service is meeting the standards
- Playing an integral role in mentoring, guiding and supporting educators
- Follow, implement and complete tasks set out in the company policies and procedures
- Training & mentoring colleagues
- Work in collaboration with the centre manager, team and management to deliver the mission and vision of the company
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $58,121.91 - $80,000.00 per year
