Key Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Officer. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial stability and prosperity of our company.
Responsibilities:
* Financial Administration: Perform daily bank reconciliations with precision, handle bank transfers efficiently, and manage banking administration tasks, including timely issuance of monthly invoices.
* Expense Management: Ensure equitable distribution of central expenses among properties and collect aged debts in a timely manner.
* Accounting Processes: Undertake end-of-month accrual processes and reconcile balance sheets with attention to detail.
* Credit Card Administration: Assist in managing Corporate Credit Cards and Loyalty points while maintaining strict report accuracy.
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably CA/CPA.
* Prior experience in a similar accounting or commerce role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Unmatched attention to detail.
