Job Description
- Lead technical engagement with clients, identifying application opportunities aligned with engineering capabilities.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and collaborate with R&D; teams to assess feasibility and develop customised solutions.
- Present product portfolios with a solid understanding of engineering design, system integration, and performance optimisation.
- Guide clients through the technical onboarding process, from concept development to solution implementation.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and business cases to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project execution, ensuring alignment with technical objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams to support solution delivery and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Application Lead should have:
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in product development or application engineering.
- Proven experience in client-facing technical roles, including solution design and proposal development.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and industry trends.
