About the role
We are seeking a part-time Family Lawyer (1–3 years PQE) to join our growing Family Law team, working closely with our Law Society Accredited Specialist in our Hornsby office. You'll have exposure to a broad range of family law matters, including parenting, property/financial settlements, binding financial agreements, divorce, and urgent and interim applications. You'll draft high-quality documents, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategy on active files.
Location: Hornsby (in-person)
Load: 5 days per fortnight (3/2 arrangement), with scope to increase
Flexibility: Part-time with genuinely supportive, family-friendly flexibility
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience

What we're looking for
1–3 years' post-admission experience in family law.
A genuine passion for family law and client care.
Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Commercial awareness, including comfort working to realistic budgets and timeframes.
An interest in pursuing Specialist Accreditation (when eligible).
