Health Safety Quality Environmental Advisor
This role combines health, safety, quality and environmental management with project administration and document control.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Implement, monitor and continuously improve ISO Management Systems (45001, 9001, 14001)
* Conduct internal audits and site inspections: support incident investigations and ensure compliance
* Manage document control systems: version control and procedural reviews
* Train and induct: deliver HSEQ training programs and maintain records
* Prepare reports and manage corrective actions: risk registers and coordination of corrective actions
* Project administration tasks: assist project managers with documentation, risk assessments, and claims preparation
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Quality Management or related discipline
* Experience: 5 years experience in a similar role within construction, HVAC or mechanical services
* Technical skills: strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards
* Software proficiency: experience using systems like SharePoint, Aconex or Hammertech
