The role
You’ll manage a well‑maintained portfolio of quality properties, handling:
* Lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy matters
* Landlord communication and investment performance guidance
* Maintenance coordination and problem‑solving (with admin support)
* Collaboration with your team to deliver a seamless client experience
This is a relationship‑driven role, not a volume‑driven one.

* 2+ years’ experience managing your own residential portfolio
* Queensland Salesperson Registration and a valid driver’s license
* Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
