Gold Coast Disability and Youth:
Gold Coast Disability and Youth (GCDAY) is a medium sized disability support service specialising in ASD teens and young adults. We provide self and plan managed NDIS participants with a range of support options including individual support and group programs. We are an LGBTQIA+ friendly company with strong ties to the community and have a strong passion for inclusion of gender and sexually diverse clients and workers.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Housing Administration Officer to support our housing team. This fulltime role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination and management of our housing services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the housing team
* Maintain accurate housing records and documentation
* Coordinate the establishment and setup of new houses
* Manage property documentation including leases, inspections, and maintenance requests
* Maintain and update rental ledgers and track rent payments
* Assist with credit card reconciliation and petty cash reconciliation
* Liaise with staff, participants, and external contractors
* Manage housing-related enquiries and inbox communication
* Assist with general administration and reporting
About You
* Previous administration experience (housing, property, disability, or community services highly regarded)
* Experience with rental ledgers, reconciliations, or basic financial administration is an advantage
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment
* A valid Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS National Screening Check.
