Site Administrator Job
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Administrator to join our operations based in Collie.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to site managers and staff
* Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports
* Administrative support functions to the Maintenance and Supply department
* Manage communication between site personnel, management, and external contractors
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
* Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and site visits
* Handle the ordering and management of site supplies and materials
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports and tracking budgets
* Manage site filing systems and record-keeping
* Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and timesheet management
Requirements:
* Previous experience in site administration or a similar role is highly desirable
* Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
* Familiarity with site health and safety procedures is a plus
* A proactive and adaptable attitude with a strong problem-solving ability
