Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain consistency
• Good communication skills and a positive team mindset
• Culinary qualification or solid hands-on kitchen experience
• Strong attention to detail and food presentation
• Passion for cooking and willingness to contribute ideas
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high food standards
Role Responsibilities:
• Preparing and cooking menu items following Manuka Steakhouse recipes
• Ensuring all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to food safety rules
• Assisting with stock control, food rotation, and inventory
• Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
• Supporting smooth service during busy shifts
