Key Accountabilities
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in leading MS Dynamics 365 technical specialists in complex enterprise environments
* Advanced MS Dynamics 365 development (C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL) and deployment experience
* Advanced skills in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution design experience
* Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
* Experience working in AGILE environments.
* A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications MB-230, MB-400 and MB-600 are highly desirable.
