Key Responsibilities
* Support enhancements and optimisation across everyday banking products
* Assist in simplifying customer experiences and strengthening product value
* Contribute to digital engagement initiatives and improvements across key touchpoints
* Monitor core commercial, customer, and risk metrics, providing clear reporting
* Analyse customer behaviour, product performance, and market trends to generate insights
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consistent and aligned outcomes
Ideal Experience
* Experience in a Product Analyst role or similar, ideally within financial services
* Exposure to everyday banking, deposit, or payment products
* Understanding of product pricing, performance drivers, or financial analysis
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
* Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
* Experience working in digital or fast-paced environments is advantageous
