Offer description

Join a Team That Actually Does Complex Support Well
The Integrated team has hit the ground running in 2026 — and thanks to growing demand, it's time for us to expand.
To kick off the year, we're looking for an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator or seasoned health or justice professional ready to bring their expertise to a high‑performing, values‑driven team.
If the system has ever left you frustrated, this role at Integrated WA offers the chance to create real solutions. You'll bring together individuals, providers and mainstream services in a strategic, person‑centred way — driving accountability and building sustainable support networks that promote long‑term stability.
Who We Are
At Integrated Support Solutions WA, Specialist Support Coordinators don't sit on the sidelines — you have a seat at the table.
We work across the Perth Metro, Wheatbelt and Kimberley regions, supporting highly complex disability and justice participants. Individuals are always at the centre of what we do. Guided by our values of engagement, best practice, collaboration and dignity, our team is backed by one of the most experienced multidisciplinary groups in the sector.
We support people with physical, neurological, intellectual; psychosocial and disability justice needs — and we do it well.
We're values‑driven, community‑minded and committed to fun with purpose. Yes, you can be professional, impactful and still enjoy your role. Our team proves it daily.
Who You Are
You enjoy challenging the norm, thinking creatively and supporting individuals to lead their own lives.
You want to:
Showcase your experience in health or justice and drive meaningful change for people with disability
Deliver work that genuinely matters
Be part of a team that backs you — every day
Have flexibility that is real, not tokenistic
Grow, learn and leverage your unique skillset to make an impact
New to disability? We'll help you translate your expertise in mental health, justice or housing into high‑quality Specialist Support Coordination.
If this sounds like you (or who you're becoming), keep reading.
