Your opportunity – CPB is actively seeking a talented Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a large scale building project in Melbourne.
Provide expert advice on people matters
Collaborate with Talent Learning & Development Teams to achieve the best outcomes for the project.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
* Experience in a similar generalist People & Culture Business Partner role
* Experience managing complex employee relations issues providing guidance on Remuneration & Benefits initiatives and other P&C matters
* Demonstrated experience initiating and driving leading edge HR initiatives and supporting client group through periods of organisational change
* Strong relationship management and communication skills including the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions
