Food & Beverage Manager
Looking for a dynamic experienced Food & Beverage Manager at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital to oversee and work in our Sushi Sushi & Boost Juice franchises.
MUST HAVE:
2-3 years of experience Managing a similar business.
Demonstrated ability of Labour management, COG's knowledge, Stocktaking processes.
Ability to manage a team and motivate to create growth.
Able to work a flexible roster from 6:00am till 5:00pm Monday to Sunday. This position is mainly weekdays and only requires weekend coverage when required.
Must have Kitchen hand experience as you will be working on the floor with the team.
Candidates with previous Sushi making experience would be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
Must be able to manage the physical demands of the position like lifting rice out of the rice spinners.
Must have the right attitude and keen to learn and work in a team.
