Lead Clinical Care Specialist
Care Managers lead clinical care and support aged care residents by overseeing care teams, ensuring the highest standards of resident support and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in aged care quality frameworks.
Clinical Leadership:
* Oversee and guide care teams to deliver exceptional care.
* Ensure adherence to aged care standards, regulatory requirements, and best clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and volunteers to deliver high-quality care.
* Resident-Centric Care: Monitor and improve care planning, documentation, and service outcomes.
About the Role
* This is a permanent full-time opportunity to shape the future of aged care with expert leadership.
* The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in aged care or acute care and be registered as a nurse with AHPRA.
* Possess a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Workers Screening Check – or the ability to acquire.
* Undergo a National Insolvency Check.
