Job Description
The Exciting Role:
We are seeking a Territory Manager for VIC, Geelong and surrounds region. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships across independent grocery channels, planning your work effectively, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Servicing and growing customers on a regular call cycle basis.
* Planning weekly runs, including promotions, marketing strategies, and new line activities.
* Building key customer relationships with management at store level.
* Rotating and merchandising stock, setting up displays.
* Canvassing new customers through cold calling.
* Ordering and managing shelf and promotional levels.
* Attending weekly sales meetings and reporting to State Sales Manager.
* Achieving sales targets, seasonal selling, and shelf management.
Desired Skills and Experience
To Succeed With Us:
* Experience in servicing and growing a territory/customers on a regular call cycle basis.
* Strong planning skills for weekly runs, including promotions and marketing strategies.
* Ability to build key customer relationships with management at store level.
* Experience in rotating and merchandising stock.
* Proficiency in canvassing new customers through cold calling.
* Knowledge of ordering and managing shelf and promotional levels.
* Attendance and participation in weekly sales meetings.
