About the Role
We’re looking for someone with retail experience who is confident on the sales floor, reliable, and passionate about customer service. This role is perfect for a sales assistant with at least a year in retail (fashion, jewellery, or luxury preferred) who wants to be part of a growing Australian jewellery brand.
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience (fashion, jewellery, or accessories preferred)
- Strong passion for customer service and jewellery
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment
- Available to work across weekdays and weekends
- Must have working rights in Australia
- Immediate start preferred
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver friendly, personalised service and styling advice
- Build genuine connections with customers and assist with purchases
- Support piercing and permanent jewellery services (training provided)
Store Operations
- Assist with stock handling, POS, and daily store presentation
- Help with visual merchandising and replenishing displays
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment
