Job Description 
Manage and grow partnerships to achieve policy quota targets and business objectives. 
Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. 
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the financial services sector. 
Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and partnership performance. 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners. 
Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities. 
Prepare and present reports on partnership outcomes to senior leadership. 
Resolve issues and provide solutions to partners to maintain strong relationships. 
The Successful Applicant 
A solid background in sales or business development within the financial services industry. 
Proven experience in insurance sales and dealing with brokers. 
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans. 
An understanding of market trends and their impact on business growth. 
The capability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively. 
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. 
What’s on Offer
