Fleurieu Care is a small, growing disability support organisation seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, with flexibility to work from home and the ability to work your own hours, depending on organisational needs.
This role plays a key part in maintaining NDIS accreditation and supporting ongoing regulatory compliance, while driving best practice, continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation. The Quality & Compliance Officer will work closely with the Director and operational team to ensure systems, policies and practices remain robust, scalable and aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
This position supports the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that empower people with disability to live the life they choose, while strengthening Fleurieu Care's governance, risk management and quality systems as the organisation continues to grow.
