Job Title: Civil Maintenance Worker
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Maintenance Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating plant equipment and conducting labouring duties associated with section functions.
This includes concreting, signage maintenance, roadside spraying, pothole repairs and general maintenance of roads, roadsides, footpaths, cycleways, kerb and guttering, drainage, bridge structures and all other assets for the Engineering Works section.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct labouring duties as required
Maintain roads, roadsides, footpaths, cycleways, kerb and guttering, drainage, bridge structures and all other assets
Requirements:
* Current Class HC (Heavy Combination) driver's license
* High level competence in operating heavy machinery
* Relevant operational experience in a civil construction and maintenance working environment
* Demonstrated understanding and experience in road construction and maintenance duties associated with roads and roadsides
* Good communication skills, both oral and written
* Work Safely in the Construction Industry Induction ticket (White Card)
