Occupational Therapist – NDIS (Work From Home + Travel Across Victoria)
Location: Victoria (Work from home base with regular travel)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing NDIS-focused team. This role offers flexibility to work from home while providing community-based and outreach services across Victoria. You will support participants of varying ages and disability needs to build independence, improve functional capacity, and achieve meaningful life goals.
Travel is a key component of this role, and a fully maintained company vehicle is provided to support service delivery across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver NDIS-funded occupational therapy services in community, home, school, and supported living environments
* Conduct functional assessments, including:
* ADLs and IADLs
* Sensory processing
* Emotional regulation
* Capacity building
* Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with participant goals
* Complete NDIS reports, including:
* Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
* Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
* Home and living assessments
* Prescribe and review assistive technology and environmental modifications
* Work collaboratively with:
* Participants and families
* Support coordinators
* Allied health professionals
* Support workers and informal supports
* Provide education, training, and strategies to carers and support staff
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards
About You
Essential:
* Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Experience working within the NDIS framework
* Strong knowledge of NDIS legislation, funding, and reporting requirements
* Ability to work autonomously from home and manage a mobile caseload
* Full Victorian driver's licence
* Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
Desirable:
* Experience with ASD (Levels 1–3), intellectual disability, complex behaviours, or psychosocial disability
* Experience with AT, sensory modulation, or positive behaviour support
* Confidence working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
