As a Key Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for trade and commercial customers.
Description
* Drive commercial sales through onsite visits, quoting, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
* Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key partners, including tradesmen, small businesses, and mid-tier commercial clients.
* Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow a pipeline of accounts.
* Collaborate with in-store team members to coach on trade-focused service standards and provide operational support during peak periods.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with health and safety policies while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
This role requires 2-5 years' experience in account management or business development, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work autonomously, and commercial acumen.
