As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the hotel's IT systems, ensuring smooth operations across all technological platforms.
You will work closely with the IT team to address hardware and software issues, provide technical support to hotel staff.
Key Responsibilites:
Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software
Troobleshoot in-room and resort entertainment
Perform regular system backups and updates to ensure data security.
Monitor system performance and perform troubleshooting of issues as needed
Assist with setting up new systems, equipment, and workstations
Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking basics
Prior experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical roles
Familiarity with hotel management software and telecommunications systems is advantageous.
