As the Data and Reporting Analyst, some of your responsibilities will include:
Develop, implement, and maintain performance measurement and business intelligence solutions to deliver accurate and timely data supporting business decisions, cases, and benefits realisation plans. Assist in developing predictive analytics, integrating data models into visualisations, and enhancing data products to measure efficiency, effectiveness, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks for improved customer experiences. Ensure high-quality reporting by documenting risks, utilising escalation processes, and providing options and recommendations for risk mitigation. Follow established development frameworks, create effective knowledge management practices, and develop reporting tools to support consistent business process execution. Contribute to team performance objectives by achieving personal KPIs, prioritising tasks effectively, and conducting research and analysis to solve business issues and identify efficiency trends. We're Seeking Someone With Experience in ICT technical environments with a knack for requirements analysis, data analysis, reporting design, and knowledge facilitation. Proven forte in consultation, facilitation, and both verbal and written communication, with a versatile ability to work independently or collaboratively. A strong foundation in analysing and validating multi-source operational support data, familiar with platforms like ServiceNow, Genesys, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft 365, and Aternity. Enthusiasm for data scripting, particularly with languages like Python and R, is greatly welcomed. Qualifications in ICT or a related field, such as business intelligence or data analysis, are beneficial but not mandatory. For more information and how to apply, please see the role description.
