Role -
Step into a pivotal leadership role overseeing the Victorian and Tasmanian sales operations for a national lighting industry leader. As the State Sales Manager – Vic/Tas, you will take ownership of the region's sales performance, culture, and strategic direction. Your focus will span leadership, customer engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring the state delivers strong, sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include -
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and support internal and external sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the Vic/Tas sales strategy, set targets, and drive continuous growth. Customer & Market Engagement:
Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of service across the region.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and head office to optimize sales outcomes and align state initiatives with national goals.
