We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Operators to join our team on civil and mining projects in Mackay, Whitsundays and the Bowen Basin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work and wants long-term stability with a growing Mackay based contractor.

About the Role
* Operate excavators, dozers and combo's for final trim works with GPS and laser systems - Trimble Earthworks and Topcon LN-160
* Carry out trenching, battering, bulk earthworks, and detailed finishing
* Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers and other operators
* All low hour equipment with GPS

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator
* Competency with GPS and laser systems
* Current tickets (RII, VOC, or equivalent)
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
