Additional Information
* Position type: Permanent, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
* Work location: RCMP Logan

About this work area
As a IKEA Business Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind some of our most significant business relationships. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead the acquisition and growth of key business clients by targeting corporate sectors with office solution needs, while also building long-term partnerships across key industries such as hospitality, residential development and commercial real estate.
* Manage high-value client portfolios, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored furnishing solutions that align with their vision and our brand.
* Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships to position IKEA as a leading provider of home furnishing solutions.
* Respond to major project tenders, Request for Proposal (RFPs) with compelling, competitive proposals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that include products, services, and design.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that balance customer needs with business goals, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing satisfaction.
* Represent IKEA at trade shows and industry events, staying connected to market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Who you are
As IKEA Business Key Account Manager you have:
* Proven experience in key account management or senior business development, ideally in B2B environments.
* A track record of managing large-scale client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate negotiations, influence stakeholders, and close high-impact deals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of the business.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
* A drive to build customer value and a customer first mindset, ensuring every solution is aligned and exceeds their vision.
