Your day to day:

* Lead from the front, creating a positive,highperformanceculture where your team feels supported, motivated and confident to shine every day.
* Coach,mentorand develop your team, building capability and empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently and proudly.
* Shape an energised, inclusive andcustomerfirstenvironment, that feels welcoming,genuineand inspiring for both customers and your team.
* Bring Optus’ strategy to life instore by running smooth, efficient operations and continuously finding opportunities to uplift outcomes,performanceand overall customer experience.
* Address raised customer concerns with calm professionalism, modelling effective deescalation and guiding your team in resolving complex or sensitive situations.
* Drive team engagement by celebrating wins, setting meaningful goals, fostering continuous learning, and strengthening collaboration across your store and the wider region.
