Aged Care Assistant Role

* Responsible for delivering person-centred care, meeting individualised assessed care needs of residents.
* Evaluate and document resident's progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
* Maintain accurate records of resident's activities, including completion of relevant documentation plans.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and staff. They should also be flexible and reliable with a commitment to working effectively within a team-based environment.
