We're seeking a talented CNC Machinist – Setter Operator to join our Adelaide team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for machining operations on CNC and manual-controlled machines, following precise instructions.
This is an entry level role and an exceptional opportunity you won't want to miss.
Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines to produce parts as per drawings and instructions- Follow directions from the Leading Hand and Foreman- Report any machine or equipment issues- Keep accurate records and complete necessary paperwork- Maintain a high standard of safety and quality- Occasionally travel to other sites when needed What We're Looking For: - Experience with manual and CNC turning/milling machines - Ability to read and understand engineering drawings- Knowledge of different steel grades and how they machine- Comfortable using metric and imperial measurements- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Good communication and teamwork skills- Flexible and adaptable attitude If you are confident, you have the skills and knowledge to fulfil this role, then we want to know how we can support your interests.
