The Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be a collaborative individual who is passionate about retail, design and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Establish and grow sales to achieve personal targets
2. Manage, maintain and coordinate sales from order to delivery
3. Promptly follow up quotes via phone and email
4. Build warm and professional relationships with clients, architects and designers
5. Review and respond to activity reports from the National Sales Manager
6. Administration tasks – emails, client enquiries, quoting, phone calls, order processing
7. Weekly activity reporting via our inhouse system ensuring all sales activity is logged
8. Maintain the Showroom in accordance with VM presentation guidelines
9. Maintain awareness of market trends, the broader industry, market developments and monitoring what local competitors are doing
10. Take an interest in championing new initiatives to improve business and grow sales
11. Ensure standards for quality, client service and health and safety are met
12. Assist with stocktakes when required
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Qualification in Interior Design would be advantageous
