As a key contributor to our rural health service, the role of Administration Officers plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations across clinical and non-clinical departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide timely data capture and accurate records to meet financial management requirements for creditor/VMO accounts and administration processes.
* Process and prepare monthly accruals in adherence to organizational guidelines.
* Offer a broad range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the administration team, fostering a productive work environment.
* Evidence of current unrestricted drivers license and ability to maintain it, with willingness to drive/travel as required.
Essential Qualifications
* Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Comprehensive data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), databases, and ICT infrastructure.
* Ability to utilize initiative, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage workflows and anticipate needs of management.
