This role plays a key part in identifying, evaluating, and prioritising organisational risks and opportunities, while leading the coordination and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.You will have demonstrated expertise in strategic and operational risk management within a large-scale or government environment and the ability to provide specialist advice to senior stakeholders.Key Duties:Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies, frameworks, and guidelinesProvide specialist advice, training, and support on risk analysis, assessment, and mitigation strategiesConduct strategic and operational risk assessments, reporting on control effectivenessEstablish and monitor key risk indicators and identify corrective actionsUse risk and mitigation data to enhance insight and support business decisionsLead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting continuous improvement and innovationSkills and Experience Required:Demonstrated experience in complex risk management planning and execution (SFIA Level 5)Proven ability to provide expert-level advice in information assurance and quality assurance practicesStrong understanding of government policy, governance frameworks, and compliance standardsExceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExperience preparing executive-level reports, briefs, and strategic documentationApplication Process:If you would like to apply, please contact Steve Jobson on email steven.jobson@talentinternational.com
