**About the role**:
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator, who will effectively manage and provide skilled and timely administrative support, to the Customer Services Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- General department administration
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing invoices and assisting with capex requests
- Maintaining intranet
- Arranging meetings, presentations and correspondence
- Adhoc admin duties when required
**About you**:
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Admin experience
- Excellent solution and conflict management experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong relationship building skills at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation
- SAP experience (preferred but not essential)
- Exposure to Commercial Vehicle Industry (preferred but not essential)
