Administration Officer – Accounts
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer with strong accounts focus to support our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and accounts support, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. You will also assist with collating financial and operational information and handling general office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, receipting payments, and follow-ups.
Processing Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, reconciliations, and supplier queries
Collating and preparing information for Invoicing and reporting
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
General administration duties including data entry, document management, and correspondence
Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed.
About You
Previous experience in an administration or accounts support role
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with MYOB accounting or ERP systems is desirable
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
