About the Role
Join our Community Rehabilitation team as a Grade 3 Speech Pathologist, leading high‐quality, evidence‐based care to clients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, manage an independent caseload and contribute to service development, supervision and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead an innovative Speech Pathology service within Community Rehabilitation (North Geelong location)
* Deliver assessment and intervention for communication and swallowing disorders
* Independently manage a clinical caseload within a community setting
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide person‐centred care
* Supervise and support allied health assistants, junior staff and students
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
* Experience in neurological communication and swallowing disorders
* Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and contribute to service improvement initiatives
