About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business development/ Sales Consultant to join our motivated team.
Key responsibilities include:
· Generating leads and securing sales for Megasealed products and services
· Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
· Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support
· Developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives
· Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
· Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience (home improvement or maintenance, construction or Real Estate and/or related industries highly regarded)
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
· Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Simpro, ServiceM8 or similar)
· Passion for customer service and a solutions-focused approach
· Valid Australian driver's licence (clean record)
· Police Clearance not older than 3 months
· Full working rights in Australia (permanent resident or citizen)
