**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement the Psychological Support Program Framework, incorporating trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices.
* Provide individual and group-based treatment to promote mental health and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with medical, allied health, and operational teams to deliver integrated care.
* Contribute to policy and procedure development for psychological support services.
* Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation and reports.

**Requirements**
