This pivotal role centers around guiding a team of specialists at the core of WA's transmission infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee planned outages, drive network performance within a complex and dynamic power system, influence critical decisions, manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships, and shape safe and reliable network access.
* The technical lead will provide strategic recommendations for short-term primary network security reliability capacity constraint management as well as contingency plans.
* Liaise with internal external stakeholders on engineering matters related to network access.
