This family-owned workshop has been operated by its current owners since 2004 and they are looking for a receptionist to join their friendly team. 7kms from the city in the inner western suburbs.
To be considered for this role:
- Have a bright and bubble personality, with a confident nature.
- Experience with ETPOS smart terminal preferred but not essential.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Have fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phones and booking in customers for appointments (training given on how to use the software)
- Handling enquiries from customers over the phone, and in person, in the shop. Taking of messages for mechanics.
- Taking and receipting of eftpos payments from customers for car repairs as customer collects their vehicle.
- Limited data entry of stock into computer (training given)
- Maintaining cleanliness of entrance and reception areas.
