Job Title: Customer Service Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the customer journey, and promoting Ausreo's products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellence in customer service and manage the customer journey
* Welcome new and existing customers into showrooms with face-to-face selling
* Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales and process orders
* Handle merchandising, stock replenishment, and warehouse stock control
* Generate quotations and engage with e-commerce and social media
* Manage Service Centre operations and coordinate production with factory staff
* Troubleshoot enquiries via phone and email efficiently
* Coordinate logistics including transport and deliveries
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage difficult customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Previous retail, hardware, or trade environment experience highly regarded
* Steel industry experience advantageous but not essential
* Face-to-face selling skills with entrepreneurial spirit
* Highly organized with excellent multitasking and attention to detail
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Team player who can also work independently under pressure
