BTI Executive Search is partnering with a leading organisation seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience across Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Pages and Azure.
This is a hands-on senior role where you'll lead technical design, build scalable and secure solutions, and mentor engineers across both pro-code and low-code environments.
What you'll be doing
Lead design and development across D365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Pages
Build and integrate solutions using Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, APIM, Logic Apps)
Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, test automation and secure-by-design practices
Contribute to architecture, standards and technical governance
Mentor engineers and uplift engineering capability
What we're looking for
Strong enterprise experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages
Solid .NET / C# and API integration experience
Deep experience across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and API Management.
Proven DevSecOps and CI/CD capability
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
