Job Title: Disability Support Worker
This role involves providing tailored supports to participants with diverse needs, including personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living activities.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team delivering person-centred services to individuals requiring support in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised supports that cater to each participant's unique needs and preferences.
* Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks to promote independence.
* Support participants with complex needs, such as mental health or medical conditions, as well as those requiring lower-level social and community access supports.
* Promote dignity, choice, and respect in all interactions with participants.
* Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the organisation's team.
* Complete documentation, incident reports, and shift notes in accordance with relevant standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Clear and confident English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Reliability, consistency, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for participants.
* Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts across different participants.
