This dynamic Melbourne Builder is looking to add a Construction Manager to their high calibre team. As part of an expanding business you will sit across a number of company projects to support and overview the project teams on varied projects to $80million in size. As part of the company leadership team you will be involved at bid stage and then work with the Project Managers and site teams to provide leadership and direction regarding stakeholder/client management, commercial and site operational/methodology matters. Ultimately you will work with the the Project Managers to ensure delivery of the projects to program, commercial, quality and safety targets.
To suit this role it is expected you have experience working with tier one or two commercial-industrial builders in Melbourne as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager. You will have particular strengths in buildability issues, contract management and effective problem solving in a construction environment. You will need to be a forward thinker with strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
