About the role
This role will support the execution of transactions within the Fund's mandate and will contribute to devising and refining an investment strategy for Australia/NZ together with the Partners and VP's.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities in this role will include:
* Complete detailed due diligence and financial modelling on selected projects;
* Develop recommendations around the optimal disposal of assets;
* Develop and execute a regional investment strategy from origination to exit;
* Establish and manage relationships to gain access to potential transactions;
About you
Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where change is inevitable. Ideally, you will have:
* 2-4 years of Buy side experience
in the ANZ Infrastructure / renewables related markets;
* Significant experience in origination and transaction execution of energy infrastructure assets;
* Highly developed Financial modelling skills
* Strong commercial acumen coupled with analytical skills;
* Strong project execution and operations management skills;
* Strategic thinking skills.
