* Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns
* Assisting at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process
* Actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
You will also require the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
* Passion for the real estate industry, with a genuine interest in property and sales
* Possession of an Agent Representative Certificate (non-negotiable)
* Full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position
* Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license
