Peli's brings a grounded and authentic dining experience to the Sunshine Coast. After opening Sum Yung Guys in 2017, Our second venture is looking for a successful candidate to help lead our team. With a focus on Mediterranean flavours, we offer guests to taste the flavours of the nearby sea and enjoy breathtaking views over the waterfront.

Key duties:
* Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
* deliver superior guest services
* wine knowledge of Australia and international varieties. Be able to maintain and grow current wine program
* organise and supervise shifts
* manage and lead staff
* advertise, hire and train new staff
* oversee stock inventory
* manage restaurant supplies
* implement strategies to improve productivity and sales
Key requirements and relevant qualifications:
* minimum 5 years in similar role
* extensive food and wine knowledge
* computer literacy
* strong leadership, motivational and people skills
* critical thinker and problem solver
* experience in event planning
* great interpersonal and communication skills
